Jalandhar based supplier of stationery and printing material to the Punjab Mandi Board had been penalized of around Rs 30 lakh and also had been blacklisted for overcharging GST. The board had initiated the enquiry for financial year 2017-18 and later on various offices of the board submitted their report to the board. After this, the board chairman had ordered to blacklist the firm and also to freeze bank guarantees and securities of Rs 10 lakh submitted to the board by the firm.
