Chhattisgarh GST Minister had tweeted that though Chhattisgarh had performed best in GST Collection and made central government rich, still it had been denied its share in the revenue. He said that despite their right as guaranteed by GST Act, they are now asked to borrow from RBI. Six states (Punjab, Kerala, Telangana, West Bengal Delhi and Chhattisgarh) have rejected Centre’s proposal of borrowing GST Compensation.
