Closure of shops: Power bill, GST number to help odd-even take off

In Ludhiana, odd even rule for shops dealing in non-essential items is set to begin. It is made clear those shops having no serial number, their selection would be made basis GST number, electricity bill or a temporary number would be assigned to execute the order.  An order was issued which stated that not more than 50% of the shops dealing in non-essential shops would be opened on a given day.
