Congress president Sonia Gandhi has taken a jibe at Central government over the GST Compensation cess issue. She has said that it is the first ‘economy anarchy’ being spread by Union. This is going to affect the state governments. She further said that Government of India is failing to fulfil its constitutional responsibilities.
