The aviation had received a relief gasping for survival in the Covid-19 era. The Finance Minister had announced to make India a hub for Maintenance and Repair Overhaul (MRO) for aircraft. D AnandBhaskar, CEO of Air Works had said that presently, we have only 1% of the global MRO industry share. With the announcement for making India a hub, it means the engine, as well as the components, can be overhauled here once the infrastructure is in place.
