GST Network enables functionality to help GST payers on ITC eligibility

On Tuesday, the GSTN network had sad that it had enabled a new functionality to help the taxpayers to know about input tax credit eligibility in Annual Return. This will help the taxpayers to file GSTR-9 easily. Earlier the breakup of eligible ITC was not available at the invoice level. This new functionality will be introduced with a new tab ‘Download Table-8A details’ on the GSTR-9 dashboard of the GST portal from Financial Year 2018-19 onwards, it added.
