GSTIN has launched a new toll free number that will be available 365 days for resolving the queries. The new number is ‘1800 103 4786’. The caller may call on this number on 365 days in a year from 9 am to 9 pm. The GSTIN has added that new GSTIN shall be discontinued from now. Also, ten new languages are introduced on GSTIN now, earlier there were only two languages available i.e. in Hindi and English. Now they can interact in 10 other Indian languages — Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati, Kannada, Odia, Malayalam, Punjabi and Assamese.
