The president of ASSOCHAM had advised that government should take steps such as halving GST across nation. He had said that it is not important to push the demand now rather than waiting for COVID-19 vaccine. He had also pointed towards the need for loan guarantees for credit towards real estate, hotels aviation, salon and tourism.
