The CGST department has arrested a partner in CA Firm for issuance of fake invoices. It is alleged that he has passed on fraudulent input tax credit (ITC) to the tune of Rs 10.6 crore on a turnover of Rs 59.1 crore. He has been sent to judicial custody for 14 days.
