Extension of due date of filing Annual Return 2018-19

Notification no. 80/2020-Central Tax, dated 28^th October, 2020

Amendment of Notification no. 41/2020-Central Tax, dated 5^th May 2020, which was further amended by notification no. 69/2020-CT. It provides that Annual return for the year 2018-19 which was specified to be filed till 30^th September 2020 in Notification no. 41/2020-Central Tax, can be filed till 31^st of December 2020.
