The Directorate General of GST Intelligence, Mumbai Zone has arrested  Managing Director of Sunil Hi-tech and son of MLA Ratnakar Gutte and business associate VijendraRanka for claiming ITCworth Rs 520 crore fraudulently, in Maharashtra. According to sources, they have availed ITC based on bogus invoices issued without actual supply and receipt of goods. Further, investigation is still in process.
