GST returns with new features to be launched next month

From the month of September, the GST assesses shall have new return form facility available on portal. The capacity to file GST returns has been increased to 3 lakhs taxpayers. It has been informed that there will be complete linkage of GSTR 1, GSTR 2B and GSTR 3B. on the issue of E-invoices, it is informed by Mr. Modi there are 48,000 assessees based on GSTN number and 7,500 assesses based on PAN have been recognised to be covered under e invoicing system. He had further said that mails have been sent to identified assessees for implementation of e-invocing from October 1.
