Hint of recovery of business activities: GST mop-up in June close to Rs 91,000 crore

The GST collections have recovered in the month of June to a respectable amount Rs 90,917 crore (down just 9% on year). Another reason is the fact that a large section of returns for April and March and even February was filed in June; the government had extended the filing deadlines due to the lockdown.
