The Central GST Department has arrested four businessmen from Mumbai for a Rs 400 crore GST evasion. The director of Rane Megastructure Pvt Ltd, proprietor of ACS Hardware & Networking, director/ promoterof Keshariya Metal Pvt Ltd andits group companies, managing director ofShailaja Commercial Trade Frenzy Ltd have been arrested Directorate General of GST. They have availed fake ITC worth Rs. 408.67Crorebased on invoices without any supply.
