Question: Can ITC be availed on AMC / Insurance Service?
Answer: Yes, ITC can be availed on Insurance Service if it is not related to Motor Vehicle, vessel, or aircraft. However, if motor vehicle, vessel or aircraft is used for the purposes mentioned in clause (a) or (aa) of sub-section (5) of section 17 then it is available for Motor Vehicle, vessel or aircraft also.
