The Himachal Pradesh state had earned GST revenue of around Rs.7,000crore from April to June (first quarter).  The state’s own revenue had decreased by around 55 percent, however, enhanced revenue deficit grant (RDG) . In the first quarter, vehicle sector has been affected the most which saw a decline of 81% in first quarter.  The revenue from excise duty during this period saw a decline of 46 per cent.
