Question: Any payments or receipts in the name of liquidating company shall be paid under GST number of company or liquidator or the lead banker?
Answer: As per Notification No. 11/2020 dated 21st March 2020, where corporate insolvency resolution professional has been appointed, then in that case the payments and receipts in the name of the liquidating company shall be made and received by the insolvency resolution professional.
