The state GST department of Maharashtra has arrested director of a company who opened fictitious companies. He has submitted bogus bills of Rs 2,100 crore and claimed Rs 185 crore Input Tax Credit. He has been sent to judicial custody till 5th December. He has registered our firms in his name and his relatives besides26 others registered in names of other persons
