The GST Portal provides a facility to view and download such certificates in electronic format, ensuring convenience and record-keeping.

As per GST Portal Manual:

Visit www.gst.gov.in → Login with credentials.

Navigate to Services > User Services > View/Download Certificates.

Certificates issued by Tax Authorities are displayed in descending order (latest first).

Click the Download icon under the respective certificate.

Certificate is downloaded in PDF format.

Amended Registration Certificates will appear automatically after any change is approved.

Address in Registration Certificate follows updated format:
Floor No., Building No./Flat No., Premises/Building, Street, Landmark, Locality, Town/City, District, State, PIN Code. -
Certificates remain available on portal for future reference.
