The GST Portal provides a centralized facility called View My Submissions, enabling taxpayers to view all applications submitted and responses to queries raised by tax authorities. This functionality ensures transparency, easy record-keeping, and convenient tracking of past actions.

⚖️ 1. Law Basis for Submissions

  • Rule 8–26, CGST Rules, 2017 – Prescribe filing of applications and electronic communication.

  • GSTN Guidelines – Portal provides online record of all submissions and responses.


📌 2. What Can Be Viewed?

  • All applications filed on GST Portal.

  • All responses to queries raised by Tax Officers.

  • ARN, Submission Date, Form No./Description.

  • Option to view or download documents.


🛠️ 3. Step-by-Step Process

As per GST Portal Manual:

  1. Visit www.gst.gov.in.

  2. Login using valid GST credentials.

  3. Navigate: Services > User Services > View My Submissions.

  4. All applications/responses are displayed in descending order (latest first).

  5. To filter:

    • Select Form No. from dropdown.

    • Select From Date – To Date using calendar.

    • Click SEARCH.

  6. Click View or Download to access the document.

  • Search by form type and submission date range.

  • Download facility available for every record.

  • Submissions and responses are retained for five tax periods.
